BRUNCH BROCCOLI QUICHE

 If you’re looking for the perfect brunch dish to bring almost anywhere, you’re in the right place. This cheesy, crustless quiche is perfect for any occasion. Here is what you will need.

  • 5 eggs

  • 10–12-ounce bad frozen broccoli or

  • another desired veggie

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup whole milk

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Steps

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Coat a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil or cooking spray


Cook broccoli in microwave or stove according to package directions


Cover bottom of pie dish with half of the cheese

then put cooked broccoli on top of cheese


Add remaining cheese on top of broccoli (Note: extra cheese can be added)


Combine eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Whisk until evenly combined.


Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese in the pie dish, then sprinkle with pepper if desired.


Place pie dish on a sheet pain and bake on middle rack for 35 minutes.


Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting with pizza cutter and serving
