
DATE NIGHT TUSCAN CHICKEN
This recipe has always been a date night hit. It is super easy and so yummy. My dates were always impressed with my skills. I have made this countless times😉. Here is what you will need to wow your date:

1 to 2 pounds of chicken tenderloins (depending on if you want leftovers for lunch)

1 to 3 TBs garlic powder

1 to 3 TBs of paprika

½ TBs to 1 TBs kosher salt

2 TBs butter

1 pint heavy whipping cream

8 OZ jar julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes in oil

2 cloves minced garlic

1 small bag baby spinach
Steps
Combine equal parts paprika and garlic powder to half the amount of salt on a plate and mix well.
Generously coat chicken.
In a cast iron skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Add heavy whipping cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic. Make sure to stir constantly on
low to medium heat until it becomes thick.
Add spinach and continue to stir until the spinach wilts.
Add cooked chicken and simmer for 2 minutes, making sure the chicken is coated nicely.
Serve over rice or pasta.
Note that it seems like a lot of spinach, but once it wilts, it’s the perfect amount.
