KEY WEST PINK SHRIMP

Here is the recipe to this outstanding shrimp boil. To start off, this is what you’re going to need.

  • 1 lb Key West pink shrimp
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbs old bay
  •  Splash of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Modelo beer
  • 1 fresh lemon
Cocktail sauce ingredients
  •  1 tbs capers
  •  Fresh horseradish
  • Ketchup

Steps

In an 8qt pot combine beer, water, ACV, Old Bay, and bring to a steam.


Once steaming, add shrimp and cook for three minutes covered.


Remove from heat and add a generous amount of ice.


Once chilled peel shrimp and serve with fresh lemon.


Mix approximately one cup of ketchup, one tbs fresh horseradish, and one tbs chopped capers. (adjust amounts to taste)
